Truth Hurts
Seems I would have been better off going there 3 years ago. Not only do I find blood on the floor in the check-in area, no soap in the bathroom for days. The staff stands around bulls#itting.they’re dont even bother checking on you once they put the needle in. Which is wonderful seeing as how I passed out on my first day I could have fallen off the table before they would’ve noticed. For what they are making off of a bottle they should be paying way more to patients and staff, no wonder why they can’t keep any help.Let me guess CSL will leave a phone number telling you to call, that’s funny because when I had a problem and called, you get nowhere. Typical million dollar company worried about the their bottom line and that’s it. But now they have competition since another company came into the state that pays more.

3 stars only because it takes longer getting checked out at the beginning then it does to actually do the plasma process smh. It takes me 35-40min to retrieve my plasma but with one person doing the check ins I have to wait 25-30min jus to check my blood pressure & my weight. They really need to put at least 2-3 people in the front & also need to pep their step. If I worked that slow at my job I’d be fired!

I called and this location acted like they didn’t want to give any info over the phone. Also how can you take someone’s marrow for $40 something dollars. It’s not worth it and cannot possibly be healthy if they are requesting it 8 times per month. RAISE YOUR PRICES. Judging by the comments I would never come to this place. To many negative comments the bad doesn’t outweigh the good in this situation.

Staff is nice but my right arm was bruised and still a few weeks later my arm still doesn’t feel right. They are understaffed and very very slow compared to other places I’ve gone to. You get seated and it may take another 20-25 minutes to have Them start on you for the donation.

Great service but unfortunately if I’m going to take my time out of my busy day and donate I’m going to Grifols. There referral bonus is 50 dollars a referral higher. The weekly payout alone is 50 dollars higher CSL was 55 an donation but they lowered it to 50. They do not put any effort into competing with competition. I’m going where the payout is higher. The employees at CSL are more professional and do there job better. I would go back if they actually competed. Grifols this month is first donation 50 dollars the second 100 can’t beat that

My experience today as a first time donor was excellent. Each and every person that had contact with me was caring and professional. They were very concerned about me being well informed about the entire process. My thanks go out to the entire staff.

Worst place to donate, staff always act like thief don’t want to be there, they’re very slow even if you’re the only one waiting in line. They don’t give you full information on things you need to know before donating. I sat there an hour and a half just to say I can’t donate. Go to East providence they’re far better than this dump of a site

Every one was super nice and they offered bottled water and a snack. They answered all my questions without any attitudes, and I had a lot of them.
