I went 3 weeks in a row and didn’t donate once. Wasted my time 12 days. They made an excuse everything as to why I couldn’t donate and were biased against scars I already had. Not friendly or inviting AT ALL. Look elsewhere….

Showed up at 145. No one greeted me. Finally 3 workers come over and tell me the can check me in but I can’t donate because of staffing issues. It’s 2 in the afternoon and they are open until 6. Not sure if it was a communication issue or if they are just super rude but they were not helpful and do not seem to like their job

After an hour, I was told I was difficult for being in the wrong waiting area(they were unlabeled and it’s my first time, he basically told it was self evident and im “difficult”) The women I first spoke to refused to speak up, I have a hearing aid, and could not hear her, and told her I have hearing loss . This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business, and I was trying to donate plasma. I even got a babysitter. Go literally anywhere else.
