So this was my first time donating and everyone that works at CSL Plasma was very friendly but Renelle was exceptionally friendly she was warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable she answered each and every one of my questions without making me feel like i was a bother by asking so many questions. I understand my feet cramp during or right after. The pain is bad when the muscles in your feet cramp up it hurts like heck! I asked nicely to be pulled off the machine because of the pain I even apologized. Instead of saying I’m sorry you had a bad experience, they twisted it into saying I had an out burst and deferred me. They embarrassed me. I don’t recommend this place. They approved me to go into the second donation told me to chew tums to relieve the cramps and then said I had to leave because they said I was dehydrated. At first they said the needle wouldn’t go in my left arm then they said it wouldn’t go in my left arm. They made this big drama scene having me talk to this one and that one and then embarrass me on the floor telling me to leave and then Yelling to everyone that that was her final decision. Don’t call a head they will lie and say your good and when you get there put you through embarrassment. It’s not worth it makes me sick to go there and my feet cramp I’m good.

Bad experience. Ask to get poked by an experience person because many of these ppl are students. Ended up getting poked twice because one person didn’t know what they were doing. I don’t think staff here communicate well with each. I had person tell me some important information about my blood. Next thing I know I get told something totally different the next time I call in. And the Mannager or the person who was supposed to be in charge could not answer any of my questions. I been coming here for a long time now. I thought these ppl were trained staff to help out with this type of stuff but in reality they just regular ppl who only know what they only know how to do. The web site makes them like they know EVERTHING ABOUT PLASMA.

I go to this plasma center almost every week and all the staff are excellent. They treat everyone with respect, they are friendly and polite, and they do their job efficiently. I haven’t had a single issue witlh the needle sticks. It is always quick and painless. The procedure is over very quickly, also. The center is very clean and sterilized. Every process is taken care of well and professionally. I just wish they would bring back the snacks and drink packets for patients at the end of the donation.

All of the staff is super attentive and patient. They have a very efficient work flow and really try to get everyone in and out in a timely manner. Considering how much time we spend sitting here, the staff is alway super engaging. They have great table side manner!
