Great way to help people out with medicines that can only be made with plasma. And you can earn up to $500 on your first month’s visits and after that you can get around 420 bucks a month. The people that work there are great they make the experience easy and not stressful

Have been coming to this location for going on 2 years. Phlebotomy staff and most of the check in crew rocks the house. GM’s suck, always have and likely always will. Place closes way early more often than it should were it properly managed. They never put up notes on their doors or websites or phone systems when they RANDOMLY decide to close early. Plenty of times I drove 30+ minutes only to find a door locked and that’s it. Plus they always seem to do it when I’m making my second donation of the week, and since you get $20+ more the second time, they keep double screwing me. If you depend on the income from this place, plan carefully. P.S. Grifols takes longer but pays $50 more per week for regular donors.

Michael in the front is an incredible asset to your company. He makes the entire process comfortable and easy. You can honestly how much he cares about the donor, the process and his role/position/career. Abby in the lab is also an amazing employee. She’s super cheerful and helpful. They both make the donation process a pleasure! Without them I wouldn’t feel nearly as comfortable donating as I currently do. They’re both invaluable in my opinion. PS Sam and Justin are also pretty great.

They say they are open Mon-Fri till 7pm. I’m here at 4 and it’s locked up. If I had money I wouldn’t come here and now I’ve wasted a half hour ride and gas. Ty CSL for keeping us informed of you being closed when I was

The whole staff is fantastic. They are very nice and funny. A great place to help others in need. I have donated a few times now and my wife and I have had nothing but great experiences.

Major waste of time. We had chose CSL because they’re supposedly a good place to donate with. My wife called earlier today (12/28/22) to find out if she’d be able to donate. She just had our baby 12 weeks ago. She spoke with Mary on the phone to make sure she could donate before we drove 70 miles 1 way. After informing her of how far away we live, Mary said they don’t disqualify people and that she should come down.

I was hoping to become a new donor. Being a large man I checked the website to make sure there were no weight limits. The only information I could find was that you had to be over 110 lbs. I visited on what was a very busy day. During the prescreening process there was no mention of a weight limit. I watched a video, answered 60 questions, and read the information packet I was given. No mention of a weight limit. So after two and a half hours I finally make it to the last screening process. This is when I found out I didn’t qualify because of my weight. I get it. But shouldn’t that be one of the first tests you take before having to go through the whole process? You can clearly see I’m not your average guy being 6’3 and over 400 lbs. You would think they would ask my weight ahead of time. It’s just frustrating having spent all of that time for nothing. Again no mention of a weight limit anywhere to be found. They should add it to the website, video, and questionairre So there will be no confusion or wasted time for us larger people. The nurses were very polite and apologetic.

*edit. I feel like there should be a better way to let people know its gonna be closed early. If they could do it on the app or something? I understand theres shortages but twice i called and they said they were open. I drive there an hour later and its closed (2 different locations). Gas costs money…alot of money

I went in today for the first time and it went great. Everyone was helpful, nice and professional. Also, though this might change later, they do $60 for the first 5 times, which is awesome, most places do $50, any gift is great and we should all be willing to do it just to save lives but it’s nice to know before you have to make the drive if you don’t live close by.
