They refuse to answer the phone and for all potential black male donors the little white girls that work there WILL lie and get you perma banned. I told her I had to pee while I was Hooked up to the machine and she told me that if I was unhooked I would only get $5 for all of my blood. So of course I tried to hold it and she went and told management that I was jacking off on the donor floor. Then when I tried to call and see why I was deferred I was hung up on. If I was jacking off why were the police not called. They can’t have my blood.

Takes FOREVER to get through the line, then the people that take your plasma take their sweet time. Talking and laughing. It’s like they have zero respect for peoples time. I’ve never been out in less than 2 hours. At Biomat I can be in and out in and hour to hour and a half. Go to Biomat on new center. They are fast and efficient. It’s like they understand no one has hours to spend donating plasma. They don’t pay as much but your time is worth the difference in pay. I’ll be going back.

We went with my husband for the first time on Sunday June 4, 2023 and a very rude young lady attends us and tells my husband that if he does not speak English he can not donate, quite discriminatory by an institution like that!!!! Disappointing!

I’ve gone here three times. Two of those three times they infiltrated my veins (if you don’t know what that means, it means they punched through both sides of the vein, causing bruising and making the line unusable).

Absolute butchers. I didn’t even go back for my last 100$ visit and it took over a month for my circulation to correct itself in my right arm. Do not go there, the money is NOT worth it. I lost sleep for weeks because the entire Lower half of my arm wasn’t getting blood. I would have to wake up, rub circulation back into my arm and then hopefully get back to sleep after that 5-10 minute process. Had it not gone back to normal I was 100% going to sue.
