I love coming to this location to donate! The screening process is usually fairly quick and the staff is always inviting and kind. Ashley is one of the staff who always makes me feel comfortable/asks me about my day, while we are doing the screening process. There are several other people who are normally on the floor that are always nice as well! Please keep up the good work!!

I appreciate everyone at the CSL Plasma in Gastonia off of 321. Everyone is amazing all their jobs and roles matter I appreciate all of them. They are amazing but a huge huge shout out to Candace. She is amazing. If it’s ever your first time doing this I would definitely ask for her. I trust her so much I can’t say enough about Candace and the staff there. Donated today 30 minutes before closing time and was still treated very well not like I was annoying coming so late. Thankfully I wasn’t the last person there and donated quickly leaving at 7:10 but I appreciate the staff still being respectful when coming in the last 30 minutes. Shout out to senior phlebotomist Nate who stuck me today and giving me my fastest donation compared to last time taking nearly twice as long.

This place is a damn joke, they will allow drug addicts that are clearly high when they come in to donate but will turn away someone who has an anxiety disorder that is managed with prescribed medication from a doctor because “they” don’t feel it is safe, smmfh what’s not safe is allowing drug addicts to donate plasma that is supposed to help save someone’s life! Not worrying about someone having anxiety! So just know if you are an addict this is the place to go to get free money to support your habit! No drug screens or nothing! You are good to go!

I wasn’t able to donate today and I was not allowed to wait on the premises for my ride who is in the building donating. Staff told me to literally walk somewhere else. I will never come to this location again, they’ve got me walking around gastonia when their waiting room is empty.
