Christian Brandon did an excellent job at my visit today. I had been several times b4 and no one could seem to get my vein in my left arm. He did it with no problem and he was very professional and polite. He most definitely deserves a raise! Not to say anything bad about any of the other staff. Just have to give credit where credit is due. Thank u Christian for making my donation a pleasant one!

It’s frustrating to admit, but Precious Stevenson is one of the most biggest bullies there are. She selects who she wants to pick on, and you’re lucky to be a favorite. She doesn’t speak when you sit at her booth even when you speak, multiple times, she’s very aggressive to even the nicest people there, talks to her coworkers like their scum, and overall makes the experience terrible. When speaking amongst other donors there, she is the common factor of putting people down, and making the experience horrible. 9 in the morning with an attitude? It’s beyond me. Putting people down at 9 in the morning? Extremely unprofessional. Highly disappointed that the facility won’t rid of her and her horrible spirits, especially when both customers and her coworkers feel the same way.

Wish i could give 0 stars. I’ve been going here for a few months now and I usually go in the afternoon, but the first time i go in the morning the whole environment was different. The lady at the booth i got called to gave me an attitude, but there was no greeting or positive customer service from her. She looked at me like i was an alien. It’s 10am there’s no need for all that extra. If you hate the job so bad, get a new one. I definitely won’t be going back, done donating plasma. Good customer service is important and a lot of people lack it nowadays, but yet still get hired. I wish i knew her name, but whatever her problem was, it don’t got nothing to do with me.

I was a regular donator up until May when the machine was set up wrong causing me to have to stop my donation without getting my blood cells back. I was deferred for 53 days and unable to donate because of THEIR mistake. I received NO extra compensation and they acted like it was business as usual. Upon returning once my deferrment expired, i went to medical to get it cleared. The lady plainly told me she was new and wasnt entirely sure whAt she was doing. She figured it out, cleared my deferrment and sent me back out for vital check. I get done with vital check and the lady says I need to go to medical for my annual physical??? Why couldn’t the lady have done that while i was in there? So basically the entire center is full of incompetent staff with little to no training. Ive already called the corporate number and filed a complaint. Yall go somewhere else ✌

My experience with CSL plasma was more than satisfactory- the workers were extremely nice, patient and helpful during my first visit, and the facility was very clean! The phlebotomist who helped me during intake, Eden, was very polite, and the worker who gave me my physical, Tara, was very helpful and even waited for me outside the restroom to ensure that the rest of my donation process would run smoothly. The only person that gets it right every time is Christian. Everyone else is a hit or miss. They can’t hit the vein and bruise you which disqualifies you. They have banners on the wall which exclaim what angel heros you are. Every single time I was made to feel like a drug user looking for cash for their next hit and the workers really don’t care. Horrible place. It is located in the armpit region of Greensboro.
