If you don’t have a life this place is great for you, you’ll be in here for 3 hours because the staff doesn’t know what they are doing they stuck my boyfriend arm wrong and told him he couldn’t come back for 2 months and they didn’t wanna give us the money after messing his arm up it was really swollen and bruised, the staff sit there on their phone while people need to be stuck and unstuck wonder why y’all have such a long line all the time because you don’t know how to do your job, some lady came in just to tell them they suck and walked out. I wouldn’t trust these people sticking you with a large needle

I haven’t even been here and I don’t want to go here. I’ve heard so many friends talking about how they were treated so disrespectfully. How the staff like to get on power trips. This location needs a good reminder on how to treat people. There are some people who don’t need the money but donate to be helpful. Then there are people who are struggling and need the money. Both deserve respect. Both are giving life saving help. This last friend who told me what happened really made me just say I’d rather go somewhere else, anywhere else than this location. So disappointing how these people treat people. Also they need to stick people properly with needles. People don’t want swollen painful busted veins on their arms all the time.

So far so good. I have been 5 times and its been good. The place is clean, the workers are very nice and the wait has not been long at all. Im usually out in 45 min. I would recommend.

Their manger John is full of it be careful some of the staff is really not properly trained best advice try go early if you can hopefully you get good staff but then again alert if they put the needle in your arm wrong your the first our second time you will not be able to donate for a month Be advise.
