Most unprofessional just plain stupid rude people. Years I donated here just fine. I guess the good people found better jobs and they hired idiots. As I was donating my arm started swelling like a balloon. Their first instinct was not to help me, but to make sure they had everything in their computer correct on how they messed up. There was a lady screaming through the glass asking me who I was and how to spell my name. I just wanted them to stop the saline from exploding my arm. They have scanners. They should know who I am and first off they should help the patient first. Horrible horrible establishment. If you care about your body at all mote than their welfare check than spare yourself the time. Actual zero star.

All staff Is nice and experienced. The flow of the set up is fast and smooth. The center is clean and they all know how to stick veins properly! I’m definitely happy to continue to donate at this location

I throughly enjoy myself every time come to the Lakeside CSL. The employees know me by name and the conversations are kind and delightful. I highly recommend if you decide to donate plasma and your time, that you visit this establishment. You will leave with a smile on your face.

This place is a joke, I stood at the counter for an hour. Then the lab tech told me to sit down! She didn’t come back for 30 mins. Long story short they didn’t take my plasma why? Told me it was a paperwork issue my W2 wasn’t 2022. My ssn didn’t change you did! Thanks for not helping!

This location is very unprofessional. I’ve been donating plasma for years and the employees here are very disrespectful. The nurse talked to me like a dog. I wish I had gotten her name!! Stay very far from this location. I spoke to several people on my way out and they agreed that everyone here is on a power trip.

The environment is not welcoming at all. Screeners are picking and choosing who they will allow to donate by personal reasons and not by medical tests. The older woman screener who sits in booth 1 is constantly turning away the same donors yet they have been able to go to another plasma center and were informed the tests were in perfect range and had no understanding why CSL screeners says different. I Have no understanding why there is over 10+ personnel in the back yet 1 maybe 2 screeners. Staff are always negative to donors and one another. Staff need to really comprehend that donor’s are the reason they receive there paychecks. I would highly suggest hiring new personnel that are kind, smile, and appreciate you for making life saving donations. Even management have unwelcoming faces majority of the time.

I’ve been a donor for several years and they offered us a Platinum pass that lets you skip the line. They took the pass away and offered nothing in return due to management not wanting to do their job. A manager should manage the center and the rules within instead of taking everyone’s pass away they should have at least changed the hours of use or at least took the pass from the ones who abused the privilege. I have two jobs and due to them taking the pass away sometimes I just can’t donate. I’m sure the patient that needs the plasma didn’t appreciate that! And the patients are who we donate for & not to make the manager’s job easier (I was told the manager got tired of non pass holders complaining!) I don’t think it was fair nor a good idea to punish everyone for something a few were doing.

Hey CSL. This is Dazay one of your newest donors. I just want to say I was very satisfied with my first donation. Iyana (sorry if I spelled that wrong love) and Keke were amazing as well as the other phlebotomists. They helped me all the way and made me feel extra comfortable. Im only 19 and it was my first time being a donor so I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work ladies.
