If I could give negative stars I would. I highly do not recommend! As a now former consistent donor I’m highly disappointed in the service. Especially when the turn around rate of employees is horrible. After two years of donating I can’t donate because of one of their employees errors. Then to top it off I spoke to a manager who tried to place the blame on me. Terrible ! Just don’t go here, I would not support!

It is ridiculous for two days i have been waiting on line people waiting outside workers do not open on time a lot of call outs and management does not care in fact they laughed when i complaint. This location needs to close if they wont do the work or hire workers that want to work

i walked in for the first time and drove 45 minutes to donate and was told i couldn’t because my SSN wasn’t official and my zip code was out of the radius? the app/website should have told me that my zip code was out of radius instead of me going. attitude by the worker was also awful.

My husband just got deferred because of a small bruise on his one arm. Was told to see nurse. Her door was ajar and he thought he heard her say “Come in.” She was on speaker phone and another phone and she slammed the door in his face as he was about to step in. He went back to let the other workers know and they didn’t care and decided to defer him instead of dealing with the unprofessional staff. He has been visiting since October and some techs are better than others. Not sure how much training they get. They don’t seem to care. Very rude. Long waits sometimes. Posting picture of bruise in question (which he said has happened before and they just use the other arm). Nurses sit around doing nothing everytime he is in there. They clearly don’t care if they get donations.

Staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve had staff put blood pressure cuff on wrong to the point where my arm turned purple while donating,I’ve had staff jab me wrong causing bruising, and just overall negative atmosphere. Sorry I had to find out the hard way just how ghetto and unprofessional csl Hagerstown is.

PURE DISRESPECT!! I came in and stood up front for a solid 5 minutes without one thing being said to me, staff just looked at me and looked away. Then two girls were up front having a personal conversation and ignoring me, at one point they made eye contact with me and turned away and contributed their conversation. Then one of the girls came to the front and just stared at me until I said “hi” that’s when she asked if she could help me. I had informed them that I signed up for one time slot but thought it was actually the next one so that’s why I was a few minutes late. The lady then laughed in my face and said “we don’t do appointments” never going back again. So much disrespect and unprofessional.

I “discovered” CSL by referral from my daughter, who had been giving plasma for some time. That discovery has turned out to be a blessing all around. It has given me some non-committed money, it helps many people in need of life-giving plasma products, and I have met some delightful people, both donors and staff. Special commendations to staff Gutnara (“G”), Anna, Angela, Theresa and Danny, who have made me feel welcome and comfortable.
