Terrible staff!!! There time when i manager isnt present and it is very inconsiderate for a person to not be certified or signed off to do certain thing. They should be encouraging and training thier staff to do everything in there just in case its gets busy.Instead of having 1 person screening while the 2 nurses standing at the counter greeting guess meanwhile the screening line is long.This can be avoided. But i dont think CSL gives AF

This plasma place gives you a warm welcome every time I visit the center, management down to the workers are great in friendship and honesty, I also thought the hospitality of the hotdogs, chips & popcorn was so awesome and this center for me shows that they care about there donors, be blessed and continue to strive towards excellence.

I drove over an hour fighting through traffic after work to make it to the facility with 10 minutes left to spare. When I got to the door, it was closed and someone opened the door claiming that they were at “full capacity” on a Tuesday night and I would have to come back the next day. The person that answered the door said their staff would have to work overtime in order to accommodate me. So they asked me to come the day after and have me drive another hour to donate! Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional! If your hours are from 6am to 6pm you are expected to accept individuals during that period. CSL plasma has just lost a loyal donor! For those thinking of joining CSL plasma to get some extra cash, I suggest you don’t do it since they like to waste your time and money! I moved over to Octaplasma to donate and they accepted me even though they were close to closing up as well! They compensate loyal customers a lot better than CSL plasma and their hours are more conducive to 9-5pm workers in DC traffic. I encourage everyone to transfer over to Octoplasma

Staff makes u feel uncomfortable u walk away there laughing an talking about u…the older security guard woman harassed me the whole time after I told her I’ve been to csl before an i know wat I was doing an proceeded to tell me I can’t talk to anyone when Simone asked me a ?..the girls in the staff in the back taking donations are great..left out an der was a shot out couldn’t even wait for the bus..go at ur own risk…

Terrible Staff. From reception all the way to management. None of their kiosks or computers work. The staff walk around with nasty attitudes and no sense of urgency. This place is definitely the ghetto, I wouldn’t dare go back nor suggest anyone else !

Went in as a donor and spoke with reception an older lady looked at my id and starting asking questions as if she had never scene an id before. I asked her about it and she then went to get someone else to talk to me but it took a few minutes this lady that looked at my id left from behind the desk and went and just stood beside the wall as I waited for someone else

Staff is usually friendly and nice. Except one every time we have gone we have witnessed CECE put all the work on others. She will never address us. For instance she said “this girl who was she after?” Like asking other patients around. First off I am a woman. She will communicate with people she knows and likes. She tries to get the people she likes and knows first, and it is ridiculous. The other girl working was literally doing all the work. I sat there for 30 minutes without anyone sticking me. My husband and all the others sat longer because she would not stick and help the young girl. We got here about 1240pm and my husband sat until 1:53pm when she finally decided to work and do her job. She needs training on customer service and team work. Apparently she is lacking these qualities.
