Please hire more people. We want to donate but standing in line for 3 hours before being called back to the floor is problematic. Calling your employees in on their day off is not a strong long term solution. Management, please evaluate and create a better process for your donors and employees.

Almost everyone there is a nice person except Ammie. She is a mean woman and trys to be a bully. Last time I was there she didn’t stick me with the needle correctly and when she tried to blame me for her mess up. I’m positive I not the 1st one to complain about her since I have witnessed her treat other donors badly on several different occasions.

I went here to do a good thing and donate plasma. While getting pricked, they missed my vein the proceeded to wiggle the needle under my skin for the duration of my time there to get it draw blood. This caused a massive bruise on my left arm. When I came in the following week they told me I could not donate due to still having the bruise on my left arm. They also stated they could not use my right arm due to the bruise they created on my left arm.

Normal corporate greed leading to under staffing. Spend an hour trying to donate, get deferred over a 101 (100 limit) heart rate after wasting all my time there.

They don’t follow their own policy. Heart rate can’t be 49 and below. Mine was 50 because I got nervous which is normal. Told me I can’t donate. Then, they told someone to wait for a while. They waited, and they told them they can’t donate. All of those workers need to be retrained. They need RNs that know what they are doing.

This was my first and last visit. I was a first time donor and no one ever came over to check on me to make sure I was okay. Right at the last part of my donation I felt as if I was going to pass out and before I was able raise my hand for help I was out like a light. I am not sure when they noticed but when I woke up I had a bunch of staff around me trying to help after the fact. I had such a hard time recovering I had to be taken to the hospital. Yes I did everything right ahead of time. I ate a meal and made sure I was hydrated well. I had donated plasma lots a time over a year ago before moving to Delaware with no issues. Staff at other companies were more attentive on checking on their donors this place was not. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Lots of negative reviews but I have never had a problem here. Most of the people here are nice.

CSL normally only have one phlebotomist on the floor with minimal support staff. My concern is that if more than one person starts having a reaction that there are not an adequate amount of support staff… the staff are friendly enough but new to their roles…
