Worst experience ever. Read the reviews before I came and thought they were maybe exaggerated. Nope they weren’t. Came earlier in the week and sat for 4+ hours just to be told I couldn’t donate because it’s been too long since I ate. Although I ate 30 minutes before I arrived. Then I come back early in the morning today as instructed so I I maybe wouldn’t have to wait so long and I’m told my heart rate is too high to donate. This place is so unorganized. Maybe my heart rate wouldn’t have been 5 points over if they weren’t having you move to all these different areas and having everything so organized. Considering I’m extremely healthy I feel like it’s some discrimination a foot. After they asked if I ever had sex with a man and I said yeah 10 years ago or so EVERYTHING became such a length process. I had to see a nurse 3x for which I didn’t even get to donate a complete waste of my time. I know there is a process but my friend with me didn’t have to do ANYTHING extra ! New management to oversee these processes and the staff is needed ASAP !!! If you really need the money, try another location this one is horrible !

The only bright spot at this location is Jasmine. Seems to be the only one with any sense of urgency. It’s always a lot of people standing around or talking from managers down the line. Never enough workers EVER. The shortest part of my visit is my actual donation while I watch Jasmine stick to a 3-1 ratio. Place better not ever lose her. The whole experience is continually below average. Would have rated 1 star but Jasmine got the other star…thank her.

Great way to help others and also help yourself. Staff can be a little slow at this location though. Regardless they are pleasant and can be really sweet/funny. But some days, they don’t move with a sense of urgency at all. Do the donor survey, stay healthy, eat and drink before you come to make sure everything goes smooth and you’re in and out.

Had a great time at the plasma. Very courteous and kind staff. Was very nervous donating but they made it very easy. Clean building, well maintained, organized, and professional.

I have been to this facility about four times but today was just a little different. Overall not all phlebotomists have gained my trust and today I was stuck by someone who previously messed up my arm. But thanks to one of the wonderful ladies working (sad I didn’t catch her name) she was Puertorican with dark hair, she was awesome, first sight of discomfort and she sped to me. Thanks to that Angel I was able to feel better instantly. I didn’t even have to tell her I wasn’t feeling too well because she kept coming constantly to check on me and everyone around me. She was fast on her feet to find a solution to my discomfort. I’ll forever be grateful since I’ve never felt like that before, I was honestly really scared but she really was amazing at her job. Unfortunately I could not continue the donation, but she made sure I got electrolytes and walked me to the nurse. Thank you so much ma’am you’re honestly amazing and I appreciate you tons.

This place needs to make up thier minds. I started donating august of 2022 and went a lot with no issues. Now just 2 weeks ago i donated and a couple of days after i gave my sample they tell me my protein levels were to low and now have to go threw this process of getting back to being able to donate again because they deferred me. I understand they are saying its for health and safety reasons But ive done nothing different since i started donating. I have the same diet i had when i started, eat the same foods and drink the same drinks but now all of a sudden its a problem smh. Then my husband goes because i have been deferred until i guess i can get my protein level up and they took his temperature and it was 98.7 but as soon as the lady took the temperature she says oh no we have to take it again and then it read 100.1 so she says we can not take you because your temperature is to high. Well why the hell did she need to take it again? It was fine the 1st time. I really feel they are playing games now and defer people because they either dnt want to do their job, it starts to get busy and they dnt wnt to deal with it or because they would rather have an easier day by not having a lot of people to deal with.

A lot of horse playing and talking I sat down in the chair for 30 minutes before I ever got stuck when I expressed my concerns to the manager it went in one ear out the other I was disrespected by a staff that refused to stick me and kept walking past me my overall experience there is zero no one is professional everyone is unprofessional. Everyone is young with months experience not years . They need a whole new staff members Professional ones and older one. don’t ever go after 4 PM you will get this experience!

Third time is the charm. First time one of their workers pierced through my vein on my left arm. Second time was two weeks later. Told the worker hey my left arm might still not be recovered due to your worker injuring me. Worker said they couldn’t feel my vein which was not true but sent me home after hours. Now I go in and my heart is high which is normal from the anxiety I have now with this place. And the person says I have 15 minutes not even five minutes later they tell me oh it was a mistake they put you on a deferral until tomorrow. This place is ridiculous.

If you want to receive the full benefits for the first month, make sure you go within the 30 days since signing up, otherwise you won’t get the full amount. No one explained to me it had to be done within a month. I was told 8 visits. Went to 3 donations within the month and my 4th donation was past the 30 days since I started going and only received $40 and would only receive $40 for any other donations from there on out. $40 is just not worth it to me considering the time spent there so I will not be going back. Other than that the facility is clean and the staff is nice.
