This is the third time I drove all the way out there and they were not taking donations because of some computer problem. The first and second time I didn’t complain and patiently waited for an hour. When I called the manager today, l was told there was no coupon or extra points that I could receive the next time I donated. I have been donating there for two years. They will advertise a specific deal and then because of something like this I can’t receive the benefit. I will say that the one thing they have improved upon was offering a bottle of water or juice to those that donate. The staff seems fine and works hard. I also wish they would clean their bathroom more, instead of just placing mats under the toilets. It’s the typical corporate greed stuff that has me not wanting to go back.

The place needs more staff. Plain and simple. Currently still standing here waiting to donate, only one bay is open, and I’ve already been here for 2 hours. What’s the point in waking up early when no matter what, I’m forced to wait for far too long to even start the donation process? Otherwise, it’s great to donate to help those in need. However, the wait time is getting ridiculous at this point, and I might not consider coming back if it keeps spiraling downhill.

Was great when first started coming but the last 3 times , plenty of seats open and make us wait up to 2 hours to donate. I was here 4 hours last week and not even compensated for the wait or delay. They should stop there personal conversations and do there job and get people in and out but they don’t and complain there is a line but they aren’t working hard to fix it smh

Today was my first donation. I had the best staff helping. Very nice and patient. I have alot of tattoos they had to list and never once did they come rude to me. Once in the chair the process was fast. Again very nice people to have been around and a pleasure to donate for.

the manager was very nice helping me with an issue. however, all of the night staff are really unprofessional. my blood clotted and it took 10 minutes for someone to take the needle out of me. because they were all openly arguing about who was gonna take the needle out of me because everyone wanted to go home. do better and get more training in because 90% of the staff knows nothing!
