I always read reviews, whether it’s for an app, a plasma donation facility, or anything else that is rated, which is almost everything nowadays. Upon reading the reviews for this facility, I had to chuckle for I can see both sides of the picture. With that said, other than a couple nuances with one or two people over the course of almost a year, I’d say that is fantastic. I try and remember to have little or no expectations in life because they only lead me to resentment and resentment doesn’t go away, it’s the reliving of negativity from past occurrences but I digress. As far as I can see it, the staff is youthful, vibrant, albeit a little chippy sometimes but considering the amount of traffic this facility handles on a day to day basis, whether short staffed or not, they do an amazing job. They cannot force you to pump your first so it’s the individuals duty and obligation to try and minimize the time that are donating which will in turn make wait time less for others. I think it is the patients obligation to be the best person they can be so that in turn will spread to others and make everyone’s experience more efficient, more pleasant and maybe even fun. I have had some of the best conversations with both staff and patrons while attending. I commend the staff for the outstanding professionalism, cleanliness and the next level personal attention I have experienced from practically everyone I ever interacted with there. It’s all about what you bring people. If you show up with a self centered, impatient and intolerant perspective, chances are you will be dissatisfied in some way but that would hold true for probably every place you have or will ever go to. Bring a positive, patient and tolerant perspective and you’ll see the world through rose colored glasses as the old saying goes. Thank you all from my soul.

I spent five hours in there yesterday and they gave me 35$ for it….. I didn’t gwt out of there until 730 pm and didn’t get home until 815. Thw staff lolligags and does whatsl they want when they want as they want. The staff bring in their girlfriends cousins aunties and uncles to skip the line and have other people who’ve been waiting hours. They cut your pay by more than half. But still continue to take the same amount of plasma. It’s disgusting fr. I recommend b positive plasma sites they don’t cut the pay.

It’s always a long long line, you be in there for 2 to 3 hours,the food you ate be gone out your system,you should not be waiting that long,they are always under staff,this is a billion company, they should have more staffing

This place is very disgusting because I have to drive my bike to get here for an hour and lots of time they don’t let me donate because they lie and say my pulse is 105 or 106. You can’t rely on this place they will waste your time I would give this place zero stars if that was a option

I like this location alot been going for a while now the woman are awesome the male staff is great as well! The managers speak to thier staff with respect. That job can be overwhelming at time from what I see and I respect the composure thier staff shows as well.

I don’t even know where to begin with this place it’s like 30 people outside in a line and it’s 2:10pm on a Monday I thought they open at 7am this is disrespectful to the community ..plan on coming here for a quick couple of bucks don’t waste your time it’s not even worth standing outside in the heat they need to get it together
