I came in for the first time and had the pleasure of meeting a new employee as well. I would have never known she was in training had she not told me. Very pleasant experience. Deaira did a great job making me feel welcome and comfortable even before I got to the back to donate. She made the process as easy as possible and was very professional. The guy j was also a pleasure to speak with . Glad to see a company taking pride in whom they hire!

THE TRUE CREW FAMILY
New girl started some drama. I went and told the supervisor of what had happened and the supervisor I think her name is Amanda was really nasty. Another lady who work there walked up to me saying I heard you was tripping out last week, that new girl had told some lies on me and I see they will side with each other and treat members like trash. Last week they jammed the needle into my arm cause that new girl lied to them so they took it upon their selves and tried to hurt me. I went to another plasma center and they denied me cause that one supervisor called up there and told them some lies so they won’t take me. I called corporate and they are doing some investigations. Everything is on camera btw. I do not recommend anyone going here. Some are nice but them other ones have to go. But if corporate does not handle this well, then I will be filing a law suit against CSL Plasma in 19014. Please be careful going here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOONE.

Been going for a few years. Wish they would change their hours back to 6pm or 7 closing time. Its hard for 8 to 5 workers to make it in. For the most part eveyone is nice and friendly. Amanda and Kira are great. Mary sue was amazing but she left 🙁 they do the best they can with the amt of beds they have .

Always friendly at the Aston location. Usually moves pretty quick. My only complaint is filling out the questionnaire on my phone through the app. You can click anywhere to the righ of the yes and no dots and it will still accept it. I am constantly changing my answers with out knowing I’m doing it. I will be going through my answers to double check them and I will change them as soon I’m scrolling back down to the bottom of the page.

Let’s see, I’ve donated 56times since February without 1 problem, and now On the app it showed my next eligible date to donated and then all of a sudden it says unavailable please contact the plasma center.

Daughter & I came 9:30a. Usually a better experience to donate. Saturday 7/29/23 was horrible! Opened late due to worker unavailability & it was sweltering outside early in the morning! One Phlebotomist until 11:45am! We were offered to wait longer for the other Phleb. & an aplogy. So many ppl left! Announcement to sign sheet to be compensated for our time. $10 offered when finally finished(me @ 12:20p Daughter @1p) donating (which is a slap in the face) due to this not being the site Manager’s “home” location. All around run haphazardly with no organization. Who is in charge here? BTW, we both signed the clipboard, & did NOT receive the $10 “by end of day” (like we were told!) Hope it’s addressed.

The staff here is amazing. Great experience and the donation process is very easy. Leslie is a great nurse if you ever get to meet her. Management sometimes gives you candy when you are waiting. I would highly recommend coming here if you want great service.

Lines are a little long but it definitely worth it because the staff are extremely nice and respectful especially Rob the phlebotomist I love his demeanor he guided me though the process and was very gentle when it was time to take the needle out
