I love it here, it’s like family. All the staff are friendly, great senses of humor and know how to ease your nerves about donating. They listen if you need to ask about anything and are always quick to help which I appreciate. Signed up on the website. Scheduled an appointment. Drove 50 minutes and was told first they don’t do appointments anymore although I showed from my app it was scheduled. The lady who nice decided to get me in. 5 mins later find out my zip code 17815 is not allowed to donate at this location. A phone call and a scheduling from the website said nothing about this! Make sure you check if your anywhere else trying to go here. On my way back 50 plus more minutes!

The process has gotten “better” and the phlebotomists know what they’re doing. The check in process and waiting is still horrid most days. I literally just walked out because there’s one person doing check in and a line to the door and apparently fast passes are STILL a thing. That is frustrating waiting in line for as long as we do for little money. Maybe I’ll update this eventually when they get rid of fast passes and some more staff.

Awful staff. Very rude and they don’t care about wasting your time. Scheduled an appointment via the app ahead of time. I stood in line for nearly 40 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. During that wait, they ushered 2 more people in front of everyone in the line. As I was next to check in, they told me I had to check in up front where no one was staffed. I stood their trying to scan my QR code for a few minutes with no success. As I was trying to scan my code, someone that worked their approached me and was extremely rude. They asked me what i was doing, and i mentioned that i was trying to scan my QR code. They said “that is not your QR code” although above the QR code it mentions “My Code” followed by a QR code…They asked me if I checked in online, to which I said that I did and they replied with “impossible!” She had mentioned that i needed to do the survey, and I mentioned that I did it on the app. She grabbed my phone from my hands and scrolled down on my app and said that I didn’t do it, as my “iGive” account hasnt been activated yet, even though when I try to activate my “iGive” account on the app, it mentions its only available after you donate…She had asked if I had donated there before, I said that I didn’t. She looked up at the sign above with a smirk saying that I was in the wrong place. I mentioned no one was available at the desk, and she mentioned that I was supposed to stand at the front and yell for somebody when I needed help. I said “Its okay. I don’t need to donate today” and left. Awful treatment for someone looking to donate and help others…

CSL is great! I’ve been going here for awhile. The staff is so friendly and incredibly welcoming. Angela is the best! She’s so gentle, extremely cool, sweet and down to earth. I would highly recommend CSL plasma.
