Some people here are more pleasant than others. Visited here this week with my mom who donates. The lady at the front desk Lisa was great. She explained everything perfect. Was very nice and had a great attitude. I will be back to donate as a new donor this week because of her.

So many of the employees I see regularly are fun and I hope they know how much it means when they stay so positive since I can only imagine how stressful it gets anytime people are acting impatient!
