Would give a five star but they kinda slow far as screening a person I’ve been coming for about 2 months now and only seen 2 booths open but all the time one screening person and the best screener is Reece n Mama Brandy … he’s cool it other than that clean and professional here I can’t com just that one thing need more screen booths open it be a long line and one person smh

I’ve only been going here recently after having to leave my former place but I absolutely love coming here. Everyone is so caring and attentive. I had a pretty rough exit as my arm bled through the wrapping. I had several people at my side almost immediately to help clean myself and the mess up despite them being pretty busy. I have been donating 10 years or more and haven’t ever had an incident like this and I appreciate everyone’s help so much.

Tried to donate for the first time at this center and waited for an hour with absolutely no contact or reassurance as to when I’d be seen. I watched over ten people who were returning donors be screened while I waited. I left before I was able to even begin the process because as far as I can tell I was either forgotten, ignored, or would be waiting much longer to start the 2.5 hour new donor process. It’s probably a great place for returning donors, but I’m not sure how anyone who is trying to donate for the first time will be seen considering the only two employees in the front were constantly busy with an influx of returning donors. I’d recommend BioLife…their operations seem to be much better.

Very hard to get a hold of a staff member. Just to get a question answered. Very frustrating and now I may have to make a trip for no reason which I was trying to prevent just to see about my eligibility. I will be speaking to a manager when I stop in because this is ridiculous. Do better.

I have adverse reaction to donation and notified the staff. They were very helpful to alleviate and make sure everything was good. Downside it can get busy at certain times and take a bit longer.

I’m not one who usually takes the time to do reviews but I do look at them a lot when making decisions. It’s sad to see such a great place with great staff have negative feedback from what I can only assume is a salty person that most likely is the root to their own negative experiences. I for one have always had a good experience here and hope others look at all the positive reviews if they are considering donating and not the crazy long one I just saw and got bored reading :/

I would give them 0 stars if I could I have been there three times total I used to donate at BioLife tried this place cuz it was closer first time I was there blood was all over the floor from them not being able to wrap people up right when they hook you up with the machine they got to keep messing with the needles cuz they don’t know how to stick you right the machines are horrible sir their staff is horrible like inexperienced or don’t know what they’re doing second time I was there they messed up putting me in the computer so I had to redo my picture profile third time which was my last today they messed up again and mess with the needle then they wanted to stick me in my other arm because they messed up and I did not want to get stuck in my otheer arm so I got deferred for 8 week’s from them all because they didn’t know if they’re doing I would highly recommend BioLife over them
