Here, you will find a highly competent, friendly, and exceptionally hard-working staff. I was very impressed by the ability of the individuals to exercise a high level of compassion while working under a lot of pressure. If anyone is complaining about compensation, I would remind them that this is a donation center, not a charity or employment opportunity.

Yeah they’re pretty cool. Long lines sometimes when short staffed but other than that no major issues. Been going regularly for 2 years. Only had 1 bad experience where a ***former*** phlebotomist stuck the needle in the vein before the iodine dried. No problems with all the current phlebotomists.

If the pay keeps going down I won’t be coming back and will encourage others not to do so. For all the risk and stuff that could go wrong. You guys should really up the price I went from getting $100 to $47 and they do it little by little so they think we don’t notice. Unacceptable.

They are unprofessional they’re rude they got mad at me because I asked them to wipe down the area where I have to be poked at and deferred me for a year and I keep calling and calling and calling and can’t get in touch with nobody I want to speak to the supervisor this isn’t right you are mad because I asked you to wipe down the area where I have to be poked at it doesn’t make sense to me
