Rude employees. Security guard looked me up and down before pointing to the 200lb-400lb section of the plasma donation chart(tapping and circling it multiple times) and began to describe how afterwards i shouldn’t be eating my “regular junk foods”. The nurse kept saying she “couldn’t do this” and was unable to use the technology and equipment correctly. i left unserved and u comfortable. if you want to donate your plasma go somewhere else.

Went to CSL plasma in Greece NY first time ever thing went well. Went back to donate again did so with out a problem but when I went check my account balance I noticed that nothing had been sent called 4 times to try get it sorted they did help much at all and just said call the bank called the bank and confirm there was nothing there and even got a ID # form the bank to show that bank received nothing. Called them again with that information and I was told a manger would get a hold of me and of course nobody called back to help me had to call again they put me on hold for about over a hour said manger just told me the same thing over and over basically tell me he doesn’t know what do and doesn’t wanna figure it out even know that part of there job overall would not recommend this place just a whole waste of your time
