Constantly a 3 hour wait…nobody has that kind of free time. The staff is great, but 3+ hours just simply isn’t worth it anymore. If you can’t get more staff/machines you should up the payment to make it worthwhile…

The staff are very nice here. The reason for 2 stars is that it takes over an hour just to get through vitals because there will be 15-20 waiting and one 1 employee checking people in. Then when the office is slammed busy there is only 3 staff on the donor floor. Making people wait another 30-45 mins just to get hooked up. Whoever makes the schedules needs to reassess how to staff your floor. Being here for 2 1/2-3 hours for a donation is absurd. I’ve been here almost 2 hours and I’m not even hooked up to a machine yet ….

I’ve donated at centers in different states and I no it’s time consuming, but the wait here is RIDICULOUS, they Definitely need more staff to take vitals and more staff injecting the needle, I was there last week and heard that management only allows ONE staff member to stick and ONE to set up, they need TWO people to stick and 1 to take people down, you have to sit there with the needle in your arm 15-20 min. After ur done because they’re sticking other people, that’s ridiculous, someone needs to talk to the manager about changing that, who wants too sit for 20 xtra minutes when they’re done with a nedle in their arm???

The manager for today was rude and deferred me saying I smelled like alcohol after she had already told me a few days I failed. Then she says to me she got me on camera. I asked to see nicely because I Kno it was not me. She can security I Left. It is not right for someone in her position to falsely cause, talk to people like that, and as manager should be on time to open up. This is not the way a platinum donor or any donor should be treated I’ll expect courpetdo an investigation on this matter.

The staff and patients at the Cheektowaga location were the friendliest, most polite, helpful, and personable I’ve interacted with in YEARS! Customer service has gone downhill in most places but not here! I actually look forward to going because I know it’ll be a great experience all around. Such a great team! Other companies should take notes.

These ppl are SUPER understaffed it’s outrageous and so not worth it anymore you’re literally waiting jst for vitals for over three hours they make billions of dollars off of ONE BOTTLE of plasma and want to only give a hundred fifty or thirty dollars that’s fine but I feel like they should compensate ppl who’s there over three hours BEOFRE getting on the floor atleast give us extra igive points for every extra hour we had to STAND in line it tell them when we check in and when we leave I feel like they should give extra points or cash if it’s over three hours of your time because they need our plasma I work full time overnights nd have two toddlers at home 11-7 I try to stop there omw home nd I won’t get out of there until almost noon that’s crazy asl nd my time is worth way more then that I’ve been considering not donating anymore it seems they jst care about the plasma not the supposed lives their saving because if they did they wouldn’t be tryna scare donors off with this outrageous wait times nd not compensate us I pay for childcare every hour I’m over it’s pointless asl for me personally cus by the time I’m out of there I owe my babysitter the whole amount it’s stupid asl

Always come to this location and every time I try and donate they trust a blood pressure cuff to get a pulse and they always say my pulse is to high but every single time before and after I check my Apple Watch and I’m always under 100 BPM so csl if your seeing this please take the pulse the normal way on the wrist don’t always trust machines
