Best place to donate plasma in the area! Fantastic staff that truly makes you feel special and a great quality team that is constantly watching over others to ensure that they are doing things correctly. I feel safe and proud to donate my plasma with a company that seems to always be improving themselves. The obnoxious staff members are no longer around and the times i have met the managers they have been kind and respectful. Donation payments have been dropping, but at the end of the day I feel like i am helping someone in need, and get paid to do it on top. I know I couldnt do what these guys do on a day to day basis just over-hearing the problems other donors always seem to have, even when its their own fault (HYDRATE!). Keep up the great work CSL!

I have went in 3 days in a row to try to donate early in the morning when they opened as they have advised me that’s a great time to come in however there has been an excuse everyday on how they’re short staffed yet they have been telling me the best time to come is when they open I have wasted my time 3 days in a row now and still have not been able to donate. I am just trying to make money yet I am waisting gas driving here everyday for them to turn me around. Extremely rude and unfair staff.

This place is going downhill fast!! And it is the people the run/own the place not the workers, let’s make that clear! The people that run this place in the last 6 months, have got rid of great employees, where unable or unwilling to retain others, and seem to not want to hire more leaving the ones that are there stretched to the maxed! They got rid of any extra bonuses for months now! And now downgraded your first donation of the week to less money only to try to make it up if you can go 2x’s a week. Plus, the new better faster machine to help cut down your time, they are no longer getting because they say the location does not warrant it!! AVIOD this place and go somewhere else if you can, I will!! Unless they get their act together soon I would not even risk coming back even if they do change things!!

New donor, don’t need the money, go there to make a difference because it’s very close to me. Have 7 in morning time slot, get there at 5 to and wait until a couple minutes after 7 door still locked. I guess they really didn’t want my plasma! They got 2 stars because parking was easy and place looked nice. Sad experience

The staff are so kind! I was hesitant to come in based on other reviews, but my phone died while I was there and i didn’t know how to get back home so they let me use a charger. A woman actually went next door and bought me one! If it’s your first time donating, then i suggest bringing food because wait times can be pretty long. Professional and compassionate

Every star of this review goes toward the staff of csl from the top to bottom. they are constantly very nice, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make my experiences the best possible. Management goes out of their way despite what I assume are very busy days to make sure myself and others have a good experience after donating. The center now even has a stand to give out free juice, water and snacks to donors waiting. Best CSL Plasma in the area, no doubt it. To the reviews complaining about staffing and machines, I have yet to have a negative experience in over a year!

I’ve been to this location a few times and they have been AMAZING!! The front desk ladies are very nice and friendly. When you get in line to get your weight, temperature checked and all that they are so nice!! The people working in the back to set up patients for donations are SO friendly and they always answer any questions I may have. The phlebotomists are amazing they never miss my veins or make me black and blue (I’ve had it done at another location and never again!) Excellent staff & excellent place to donate plasma. I found my forever spot!! Thank you for being a great team so us patients can donate! Best place hands down!
