i came in well before closing, prepared with my ID and other documents just to be turned away without compensation after waiting for 2.5 hours. i showed up hours before closing knowing that as a first time donor i’d need extra time, but literally no employees were in sight at all when i arrived. i waited half an hour before seeing any employees at all walking around. another half hour passed before the line started moving. eventually i was brought to the back without having my vitals or ID checked, and when i pointed this out two separate employees told me this was fine and to just lie down. it wasn’t until a third person was about to insert the needle that they realized i wasn’t in their system. only then was i brought to the front to have my vitals checked, but then i was told it was too late and they won’t check me. i was told by another two people to come in tomorrow morning, but as i was leaving another person told me to not come in tomorrow as they won’t be taking first time patients. beyond frustrating to be in financial need just to be turned away because of employee’s miscommunication and not following procedures. it was only the woman who realized i wasn’t in the system and brought me to the front that seemed to have any empathy about the situation either, others were dismissive

Waste of time the flebotomist aren’t well trained, There is always a situation, either they can’t find a vein or they didn’t do something right went inyecting the needle, than they say not to use my left arm because of a reaction earlier and not even the RN. You wait hours at the line just for them to reject you. I went to the cheektowaga location, and the staff are nice. The flebotomist are well trained, I donate without any reaction and they used my left arm but at this location there is always and issue but now I know isn’t me is the flebotomist not trained well at this location.

Terrible Terrible!!! Been to this place three times this week every time was extremely slow the staff is distracted and chitchat too much any other location Cheektowaga or Lackawanna is better with timing I strongly urge everyone to go elsewhere.. the problem is the try to clear the floor before they let anyone else in a chair even though there open chairs

VERYYYYYY SLOW PEOPLE THEY RATHER TALK ANOUT OUTSIDE THINGS INSTEAD OF DOING THERE JOB IT CAN ONLY BE 5 people in line and it takes a hour for them to even get you passed the vitals check point because they are not at the desk or talking to people other than doing there job half the time . Very poor customer service staff are lazy and shows while they argue on the floor in front of us !

Had my first visit today. Super easy to start, just make sure you have time to wait because it took me about 2 ish hours to get all the pre testing done. Took about an hour to complete the plasma donation. I had a small, normal reaction and the employees were there and ready to help me. 10/10 excited to go back for my next donation

Staff and management at this location are unprofessional. It’s currently 8:45am, the place is listed to open at 8:00am, and the staff are outside smoking cigarettes with the door locked.
