THEY DONT TAKE NEW PPL ON SUNDAY!!!! But it was the only place I could go to get help with my car note . As a single parent they aren’t kids friendly so make sure you read this twice I drove up from Utica with them and got turned around but this is a legit way to get cash under a couple of hours like you worked most of the day . The water fountain has pressure !!! Wet my feet .the staff is friendly Nikki welcomed me and made me comfortable while Sierra, she took time and speak with me about the importance of eating before and hydration over all the experience is worth it if you are short on cash.

First time donors are basically frowned upon and no one is at the desk to check you in even if you wanna be checked in. If you end up being patient and trying to do it on your own without interrupting their flow at the vitals you will never be seen and if you be loud they will give attitude. If you have donated before your all good they like the simple work, but if you are first time you will have a terrible time here they don’t want to get you registered or work on you at all. Good luck to everyone who tries, I’m trying my first time and got nothing but attitude for being there almost an hour before they “stopped taking new donors” but no one wanted to help us. I just wanted to donate plasma, just like I’ve done for donating blood but this is way harder and just a hassle I will never try again no matter how much life it could save.

Don’t come here if you are in a hurry. The line for vitals is always 10 plus deep and the workers don’t care how long you wait in line. I scanned in twice at the front and my name didn’t pop up. Figured I would take care of it when she took my vitals. Waited an hour while only one person took vitals. Finally got through then line and the girl tells me I didn’t scan in. I told her I scanned in twice and the system beeped. She made me get out of line and go to tge kiosk. Then I had to go back to the end of the line and wait for another 25 minutes. Unreal.

I seriously can’t believe how poorly operational this place is. The vitals staff are all super rude and lazy, stepping away for a “break” after every single patient they check in, matter how long the line is. The back staff are almost always kind and courteous, which is the only reason I give this place two stars instead of one. However even the back operates incredibly poorly. I was in line with two other people, one in front and one behind, for over half an hour. More than half of the donation beds were free, and after 20 minutes they take the guy in front of me and ignore me and the next guy for another 15 minutes. Staffing shortages are real, I know. But if you’re paying less staff and your expenses are way down because of it, why do you continue to offer LESS AND LESS for donors?! There haven’t been any bonus offers in several months, and now payment is $5 less each time than it was before, not to mention how much the new donors are getting RIPPED OFF with the incredibly low new donor payments. Perhaps with all that extra money the company is taking in, they could offer Wifi that your phone would actually connect to?! It shows up as an option to sign into, but very rarely allows your phone to connect to it. So terribly disappointed with this place!

Based on the combination of incredibly long wait times, being rejected from donating for a pulse of 101 which is “too high” and the beyond rude Olha I would give this location a negative number of stars add to that the moronic payment changes. The only saving grace is the very small number of nice and competent employees like True.

Crazy what these employees will do to avoid helping customer and keeping the line moving. Need a supervisor on deck at all times or these employees will not be productive

Long wait time until you actually get to the donation floor but besides that, the staff was awesome. Shaundell was my favorite.
