They don’t do this to no white people keep that in mind There’s this short immigrant Jamaican lady what the white people do is hide black people who don’t like other black people to work in there now I have no issues with my iron anywhere else but when I go there my iron is low an then they send multiple young people home for low iron now you will see her she’s a small Jamaican lady very two faced phony lady. Had an employee sitting in the waiting area the Jamaican lady sends a guy home saying he has low iron then then the other employee waiting in the customer waiting area she gives him the paper an he asks me if I’m Leslie I said what that’s not my name the same Jamaican lady that gave him that paper then calls me an says I sent the wrong person home your the one with the low iron not him now explain to me how that’s not blatantly obvious that she’s lying about peoples iron being low to send people home an you can’t report these black peoples cause the company backs them that’s why they are there the company puts black people in black areas to treat black pepple like dogs an take there blood in the process now it’s not all of them it’s just that Jamaican lady and a few others the stickers are friendly the Latina lady is very respectful it’s the front desk people who run the games

Starting with the way the front desk is…very respectful they actually greet you when you come in. The wait is a bit long at times but the staff is a great team, they work very hard. I just wish i could go there more often because they actually know how to put needles in your arm UNLIKE csl. Keep doing a great job guys!

Rude staff and treats you like you cattle set uo to slaughter. They dnt respect that your donations may help someone or even them or their family in the future in case of a serious need for blood in the hospital. But that’s what you get when you have pple who are just there for the job and their pay & counting dwn the clock to close & go home.

Dont judge a book by its cover!! Friendliest most caring medical staff I have ever encountered! Treats you with respect and makes sure you are medically able to donate , checks you out properly! Really cares about ever person that walks thru there door! The enegery there is awesome , great team!

Didn’t have any issue when I went there. A few crazy people walked in and started yelling but the staff were Ok. It would of been nice to have some food there for us to eat while they were sucking the blood from us. However it was good to get cash at the end and way better than the blood bank.
