Donate blood every 3 months and will begin platelet donation in February. Courteous staff. I was a bit turned off watching the nursing manager eat while trying to help me at intake in the private room where the computers are set up. Overall experience was good. The needle entry in my left arm pinched and I knew it was not put in the best way possible because it turned black and blue for 10 days after. My veins are pretty noticeable too. I will go back, but some attention to detail still required
