Nice building, easy to find. But honestly a weird/poor experience. The workers I interacted with weren’t particularly friendly or interested in being there. Maybe they were just having a bad day. I’ve donated more than a dozen times at the Main Street location in KC and generally know what to expect when donating. Should generally be 30-40 minutes in and out. Today was 80. Even having scheduled an appointment beforehand. Check in took way longer than the KC location. My nurse forgot about me and left me in the chair with the needle in my arm another 10-15 minutes after the machine beeped signalling I was all done. No apology or explanation. Again, none of the people I interacted with seemed interested in being there. I’ll probably just make the drive out to KC and donate there from here on out. Bummed, cause this location is super close to my house.

Awful awful customer experience I came on ON Christmas Eve to donate, and due i high pulse ( which is completely normal for me) they told me I was unable to donate when I informed them I take adderall and this happens every-time I come in which adderal is proven to increase heart rate they told me that adderall does not do that??? I didn’t know they were a team of doctors to tell me how my medication causes me to react, and when I asked for the supervisor they were too busy to have a word with me. AWFUL experience

I have been donating plasma for a couple years and had very good care here but Last week I had not only kind but excellent technician that I didn’t even feel the needle. Mohammed is an excellent technician and just wanted to let him know he is appreciated

Usually I go pale. So I let the staff know from the get-go. They put the fan on me and lowered my seat before I even got needled. They were efficient and kind.

I went in there for a plasma donation and this lady must’ve not know what she was doing cuz as soon as she stuck that needle in i was filled with terrible pain. And they told me it wasn’t working so i had to leave. 3 days later i have this weird pain feeling in my arm whenever i add weight to it. I hope they didn’t mess up my veins or whatever but i should’nt even have to worry like this ♂️ I DO NOT recommend these people.
