I’ve been going to this branch for 30+ years through moves and remodeling. These folks have fantastic heart. I’ve been to many of the community blood centers in the city and never get quite the warm welcoming feeling I do at Gladstone.

First time at this location since it’s closer to my office. It’s run very well, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Staff was great and I even got a Royals shirt. I’ll be coming here more often as I think you should too.

I donated blood and was told to come back personally in few weeks to find out my blood type. When I went they told me it is not yet available in the system and come back in few weeks but at the same time encouraged me to donate blood again. When I call in few weeks agin they told me I have not given enough blood to find out my blood type and ask me to donate blood again to try and find out my blood type! Not sure what is going on! I just want to find out my blood type in case of emergency!

Rediculous experience!!! TIMY room to interview in and explained I have claustrophobia acute. Told me I must enter to y room size of tiny closet to answer questions. I openly told them I have acute claustrophobia and they refused my blood!!!!! Can you believe having a disability and being transparent about it and they refuse to let me give blood!!! Unbelievable.
