My BP was reading high (always when they use a machine) I told them this, and they continued with the machine, then said “rest a few minutes” Then another person came where everyone was sitting with a machine and took it with EVERYONE, COWORKERS watching. Of course it was high I told him before he did it “if you do that here in front of everyone it will for sure be high” he laughed and sure enough it was really high and he didn’t say anything so I left. I have never been so humiliated before anywhere, it was like the WALK OF SHAME out of there EVERYONE watching!!!!!!

I don’t have a problem with coffee memorial, just the guy phlebotomist at the center. Every time he draws my blood he misses my vein and goes fishing. When I did phlebotomy they told us to never do that, because the needle is so sharp it will tear your arm up. Thanks to him both my arms are messed up this time. Last time it was just one arm. He will NEVER touch me again

Everytime I give they are so rude with nasty attitudes. They ruin it for me all the time and they didn’t give me my shirt this last time… They didn’t even offer me snacks or drinks they basically rushed me out… I cancelled my last appointment because the girls were rude and this time I was like I’ll give them a second chance but nope even worse. It’s just the company themselves. Thank you cmbc for ruining the experience for people trying to help

The staff at Coffee Memorial Blood Center really care about their community and their blood donors. They are very friendly and welcoming which is important when you’re dealing with needles and blood. They are quick to respond to emergency needs for the patients of Amarillo and the surrounding communities.

Had a bad experience with Coffee Memorial BC. The administrator lady was rude and unprofessional. If your blood isn’t good enough they throw it away and charge you $28.
