This place sounds like a nice place to donate IF you can get an appointment. I tried filling out the form online to make your first appointment and never heard back. Called several times at different times of day and nobody answered. Left a message and never got a call back. Not sure how everyone else is doing it but I give up.

I’ve donated bone marrow many times, I’ve enjoyed my experience with all the receptionist, nurses, doctors. They are all super sweet and caring. They answer any questions you have! I have referred multiple people based on my experiences! 🙂 If your wanting to donate to science/research this is the place!!!

I definitely enjoy donating at stemexpress. The staff is always nice, I don’t usually have to wait very long before they call me back, their hospitality is always on point, I wait in the car while my boyfriend does his white cell donations which takes 4 hours and the staff comes and gives me snacks and water, we love you the staff more than anything at stem express

I called to make an appointment and shout-out to Shay. She was very polite and kind and answered all of my questions professionally and precisely. I spoke to her manager about her awesome performance and found that she was equally nice and started throwing me compliments. This place really cares about it’s donors and the work they do. I can’t wait until my first appointment with them. Definitely 5 stars

Not a good place to get Covid 19 tests done. Had done covid test on Saturday and got result “postive not detected ” which obviously don’t know what it means. Had to pay additional $299.00 to get another test which came out negative from another place. Don’t trust there test results. Would not recommend this company to get your covid 19 test done.

I have been donating bone marrow to Stem Express for several years. I have always felt the conduct of the company is of kindness and integrity. John, the office manager, is always polite and conversational. Dorothy, the receptionist, is cheerful and friendly. I enjoy my visits to Stem Express because I know that my donation is going to research that could potentially lead to better treatments or cures for diseases and illnesses, like cancer. I watched all the footage of their supposed involvement in the Planned Parenthood scandal. However, I believe all of that to be up to speculation. That is pro-life extremists promoting their own agenda. I would recommend Stem Express to anyone willing to donate..
