This is mostly about exceptional customer service. Dareen (I hope I am speaking this right) and her assistant Kate were constantly checking in on my comfort level, they were exceptional at sticking the needles and doing the dressing in a non-painful way, and they were just overall kind human beings in an unkind world. I would drive out of my way to deliver blood here rather than somewhere else because of the way the whole staff treats their patients.

This is my third time donating blood at this location and I have to say that this has been a wonderful experience even though I hate needles and that is because everyone that works here is caring and kind and compassionate and hospitable. I’ve been donating white blood cells for four hours now and I’m not even bothered by how long I’ve been here and that is because of how comfortable I am! They even gave me tons of snacks and I’m watching standup on Netflix! If anyone reaches from you and wants to come in and use me as your referral person and I’ll do the same and pay it forward! I really wish I could leave a 10 star review because I would!!

This is the type of staff you want working at a donation site! From the first “hello”, to the last “other door” everyone you interact with is pleasant, helpful and warm! Every step of the process you were walked through, and questions were encouraged. This is immensely helpful for patients who are needle phobic or have anxieties about the process. The first-time donor process was very easy, and I was in and out in no time at all-even with paperwork that had to be filled out in the beginning. Thank you for your help!

I visited here 3 weeks ago for my initial draw and evaluation. My experience was amazing, and the staff was great and very sweet. My only issue is that I was told I would here back aboutif I qualify to donate further within a few days, but I still haven’t heard from them… I will update from 4 to 5 stars once I hear back…
