I have been donating off and on since the 90s with them and they are awesome. Now they come to my workplace so I am donating very regularly. They are very friendly and responsive. One time they changed the beds that donors lie down on and I submitted a complaint on their website and they immediately changed the policy to improve comfort for those who donate. They even have a point system where you can earn rewards and get items and gift cards. I have taken my family to TGI Fridays several times with this bonus. Thanks guys!
