Nice staff. Very clean location. Great experience, the phlebotomist was gentle during the blood transfusion. The best part is the snack bar. Very good experience, definitely will come back to donate more blood.

I normally don’t complain, but I am a daily donor. All in return was the t-shirt that was provided if donated. Unfortunately, I couldn’t come donate on the day that I have to work. There were shirts available to give me one, but since I wasn’t there Monday, October 31, 2022, I couldn’t get one. I went on Saturday when I didn’t work. Just shows what kind of organization you run.

Please find a different site. I went here and Mee, that was the name on her badge, did a horrible job. I instantly felt pain. Not discomfort or burning. Straight pain a d I told her and she said it would go away. It never did. Then she started saying the flow was slow and asked if I drank water. All I drink is water. I occasionally will drink a sprite but not often. She ended having to call another lady over. They kept twisting and pulling the needle. Now my arm is swollen and it still hurts. I have always gone to the Herndon site. I will never go anywhere else again.

I would put zero stars if I could. I never had a problem going here until this last time that I went. Makayla was the person who was doing everything. She inserted the needle wrong and no blood was coming out. “I don’t know what happened” and proceeded to turn the needle inside my arm instead of taking it out and trying again. Was in so much pain I had to stop donating! After 4 days my arm is now numb to the touch, feel random coldness in the arm, has a tugging like feeling when I move it. Very disappointed because after this experience I will not donate no more!
