I have donated at Cascade Regional since 1995. Over the years, the staff’s lack of engagement with donors has deteriorated to a level I have never experienced. Lemonade stands and girl scouts provide more engagement and customer service.

I have been a blood donor for more than 20 years now. Particularly with CRBS since I moved to Puyallup four years ago and at their old location in Pioneer Ave. I just came back from an appointment properly scheduled, and after 30′ wait nobody took care of me. Had to leave because of time constraints. If the new South Hill location cannot handle the load, they should review the time slots they post to properly service them, either by reducing them or increasing their staff. CRBS should be more respectful of the donor’s time as well.

Wait times are minimal, staff is always friendly, and they don’t have to poke me a million times times get blood which is a bonus (I’ve had a phlebotomist try 6 or 7 times to get my blood at some point)!!! The snacks are always nice and the place is pretty clean and well organized. My go to place to donate blood!

I have donated for almost 40 yrs so I have seen a lot of blood centers across the country. The center in Puyallup, being light and open, is one of my favorites. The staff, from the front desk to the donation table, are pleasant and welcoming along with being good stickers. I am usually in and out in an hour.

Cascade Regional Blood Services is an integral gear in the medical services of Puyallup and Tacoma. I have been volunteering and donating blood periodically over the past 20 years. Their staff is ALWAYS professional, appreciative, and extremely caring. Their fancy new office on Pioneer is convenient and efficient, making it easy to make an appointment, share a personal renewable resource, and chat with the friendly staff. They are always thankful when new donors stand up and make a difference. Stop by or call them.

The ladies here are super sweet! The entire staff from the front desk to the floor made me feel welcome and at ease. I have to admit, I was super nervous but they help calm me down by just simply being sweet. Very informative as to what’s going. Great experience!

I wished they would have told me they had vital signs parameters before I arranged transportation to their office. Because my pulse was two beats under 50 beats per minute they refused to draw my blood. Now I wonder what other parameters they will adopt without first notifying their clients.

My husband donates blood monthly to manage his blood levels and went to this particular place to donate while we were traveling. They gave him all kinds of grief about needing a form from his doctor because he was out of state and then when he was done- THEY CHARGED HIM $100!
