Vikki (receptionist) is one of the sweetest, most genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. Entire staff is friendly, helpful and efficient.

worst experience of my life. Sara crim is so rude did not make the experience good at all, was continuously rude along with throwing stuff as soon as i told her she was being rough. It’s a school full of kids donating blood and she wants to be disrespectful along with all the other employees complaining because the kids donating weren’t coming fast enough during their school time .

This is a great place to give blood. All the workers are nice and caring. It usually doesn’t take long to get in and out. I’ll definitely go back.

Nobody ahead of me, completed questionnaire and opened door as instructed to indicate done. I waited and waited and waited. Finally went out and noticed he was helping someone else ahead of me. So I waited and waited until I’d had enough and left. I love donating but looking for somewhere else.

I (Wendy Horton) tried to donate at the Tyler Location yesterday, my doctor told me to donate due to my hematocrit being high. It is obvious that you shouldn’t answer the medical questions honestly. The way they are worded can be tricky. THE IN HOUSE STAFF WAS AMAZING!… The doctor they called to ask a question on the other hand was a JOKE… I personally spoke to her on the phone and she couldn’t give me a valid medical reason I couldn’t donate ,other than there “ONLY Phlebotomist” that work there. She did not even know what small vessel disease of the heart was she even told me that she had never heard of it. My whole family has it and I do not even see a doctor for it nor am I on any medication. I have a blood type that in critical need. But instead I will have it done and thrown away at the doctor office and pay them 60.00 to do it.. VERY VERY SAD!!
