I can only speak from my experience today. I had an appointment, after answering a few questions I was in a chair in about 10 minutes since entering the door. The donation itself was shockingly quick. Everyone was polite, but they weren’t chic fil a employees, they’re there to do a job just like you and I.

It was 3:30 pm and I called to see if I needed an appointment, I was told no come in, drove for 30 mintues. When i arrived at 4pm it was closed at no time did someone ask me which location I was in route to or tell me they was closed. Sad especially if you are wanting to help

The employees are AMAZING! I’ve always hating having blood drawn. It makes me nervous and I’ve often fainted afterwards. I wanted to start donating blood because I knew there was a shortage and I was so nervous but the nurses made sure I felt calm and comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I’ve gone twice now and I can’t wait to give more times in the future.

Absolute trash!!! Two of us walked in to donate platelets and one person blood! There is a huge shortage! Two of us are AB+ and the other O-They talked about us for 10 mins then lingered in the office for another 5. Then turned us away! Still with 40 mins to donate! We drove an hour to donate. Will never donate to Carter Bloodcare again! Very disappointed
