Great customer service. I have come here twice to donate blood and Mao (I’m pretty sure that’s her name) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and that everything was ok and was really fun to talk to. I’ve had her both times. I also had an appointment and got right in and didn’t have to wait.

What an awesome staff at this location. You can feel the positive vibe the moment you walk in the door. Thank you so much Nurse Judy for the awesome T-Shirt and smiling out loud so I could hear your laughter through these masks we are unfortunately forced to wear right now. We all can get through this. I do hope more will stop in and donate when In the area. Awesome folks.

I am a frequent donor, usually through the mobile buses, however I went in to the Flower mound center today for a first time platelet donation. Tyler took care of me and made the process easy. All the other staff were very friendly and professional and checked in as needed. The center was clean and overall a great experience.

Very clean and convenient! The Flower Mound location is my favorite place to donate platelets! The staff is always friendly and takes a genuine interest in their donors!

Kate Moore was very rude to us tonight. We had made an appointment prior to us showing up and the only person who was very helpful/ nice was the receptionist in the front. Since we had arrived, Kate had been very pushy and was trying to leave early. Customer service is definitely needed here and needs to be ran by a better person in charge. Not Kate Moore. Very disappointed.

Made an appointment for double red, after 30 min in the waiting area, I’m told they cannot do it.

I don’t know why they take appts if they are not going to honor them. Sat for 25 minutes past my appt and asked how much longer and she said it will be awhile. She said people have lives and don’t come in. Surprising all the chairs but one was filled. They just overbooked.

Horrible experience! Made appointment, completed 50 question pre-appintment questionnaire, received bar code via email from questionnaire to present at check-in.

I give blood there as often as they allow because I am o-negative and I know anyone can use it. I can see from the other reviews that people have had a difficult time with the receptionist (older lady). She has been rude to me also but the rest of the staff is really good. Everyone else tries really hard to make it comfortable and as good of an experience as it can be.
