I had a 1230 appointment and arrived at 1220. After pretesting I was told it will be awhile. Then I heard an employee say “ did he have an appointment “. The person checking me in said “yes”Well I waited until 100 to ask when I would be starting. I was informed the person before me was 30 minutes late so , it would not be until 130 to get started. Why do I have to wait for someone who cannot be on time.they should have told him he needed to wait. Not sure why they don’t have more than 1 machine to do double reds. Why was a machine not already prepared for my appointment like the Weatherford Carter blood has when I arrive. Very disappointed!!’

Staff seemed very distracted when I walked in. It took them a few minutes to acknowledge me and get my vitals, despite having made an online appointment. I’ve never had a problem with my veins, but it took the nurse a while to get me set up and my blood flowing, causing me pain and discomfort, which is not normal for me. I donate a lot, so was not impressed with this location. I recommend a different donor center for a more pleasant experience.

This location is great, the staff is friendly and calming. The facility is very very clean. Wait time is long even if you make an appointment, the lady said they are short handed right now so that’s probably why. I recommend going to this location.

Most of the people are nice and professional but I had this one lady with glasses who was really moody. She was dropping things and seemed to be preoccupied. She gave me a hematoma on my hand and kept blaming me for moving.

Have really small veins. With them they were able to stick me successfully, and get the whole pint of blood out. Barely felt a thing. Will definitely donate again with them!
