Had an appointment for 2:30, figured just busy but several others were taken before me. When I asked how much longer at 2:50 I was told I’d be next. Not sorry, not anything. When I said I’m leaving, not a word. Carter store fronts needs to step up their game. Their mobile trucks are much more efficient and friendlier! Think that’s where I’ll give moving forward, store’s always seem to be a problem and lack of urgency.

Pathetic! I’ve made an appointment two weeks prior and I was turned away when I showed up for the blood draw. Clearly they are extremely disorganized. The app is useless if it makes you go through all the required steps gives you what you think you would need only to be turned away. The customer service at this location was abhorrent. The supervisor on duty 1/21/23 needs to be replaced. Don’t go to Alliance location!!!

I recently donated blood, 5/15/21, at the Blue Mound location. My fiancé and I had a very pleasurable experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive to any needs. I would recommend the staff educate new donors about the benefits of donating blood and explain how the donors could earn points for t-shirts and merchandise online. Thanks Carter Blood Care for all you do!
