New and clean. Chairs are comfortable and very new. Vibe is chill you go donate get your snack and go. Nurses are friendly and knowledgeable in case of an emergency. I almost fainted while donating and these nurses knew exactly what to do. Gaby, Carmela and another nurse but I didn’t catch her name. Kudos to you girls for a job well done! I will be coming back knowing I’m in good hands.
