Horrible place…had to restick me 3 times completely bruised both my arms and won’t be able to donate till healed. Did not show any remorse or concern was just trying to hurry and move to the next donor. Even after they stuck 3 times it still wasn’t done right…machine kept going off (no flow) and having to wait for someone to help me took forever. Maybe they where just focused on all the music they play and making sure they knew the words to all the songs. Completely unacceptable…

Takes sooooooo dang long 4 hours and then on top of that if the front is full they lock the back door? Like where is the logic in that? there’s lots of hobos and loose dogs… what uf one of us gets chased and but by a dog cause we can’t come in the back door? Or a hobo tries to mug us?

Employees need to pull their heads out! They don’t know what the hell they are doing, and keep sending you several different directions for no reason. Then say you need to start the process over again at the back of the line. If you can’t work a computer, find someone who can.

As most reviews on here i have to say this is probably the worst plasma donation center i have been to so far, the emloyees upfront are rude, slow and they often times ignore you when your there and so you have to wait very long times, not to mention there is a fat old security guard that likes to get all over you for unnecessary reasons even if you are following normal procedures, i would advise don’t take these people your plasma sell it somewhere else.

Bpl pays more than other plasma donation centers but they have to because they treat people horribly. At BPL you wait and wait and wait. I donated at CSL and never waited once at any stage of the process. Things at BPL are so bad I’m thinking of returning to CSL even though it pays less. P.s. the reviews about rude and unhelpful staff with no sense of urgency is 100% accurate.
