Bro this place use to be good to donate. I used to be in and out now it’s trash. The employees have no sense of urgency im gonna have to go donate some where else or just stop donating all together. Change BPL the way it used to be.

Since BPL became KED the donor floor employees just keep getting worse and worse. The sticks just keep getting more uncomfortable and painful. I’ve been donating since 2016 but I have one more donation left and done with this place for good.

When I finished donation, I had this shooting pain in my bi cep. I was crying when I got one of the staff to come over who refused to disconnect me until the one person who was assigned to disconnect people came to me and left me crying in pain in the bed for 15 minutes despite a small group of them socializing at the lab window and could have helped me.

Service is really slow and no one works with a sense of urgency. Waited about 45 min to be screened it really takes about 2 to 3 hours to get out of here this place. This location use to roll you in and out quick now this this center has lost it touch

This location has always been very professional and efficient — until recently. It never used to take more than 90 minutes, maximum, to complete the donation process. Now I never get out of there in less than 2-1/2 hours. They can have 10-12 empty donar chairs, but still have 6 or more people sitting in the waiting area for a chair. And these new machines have also slowed the process down. Is this progress?? I think not!!!!

I have been donating for about 10 years and have some experience with the process. The Main street location has been pretty fast even during COVID but in the last 6 months or so the wait time has increased slot. They put chairs in the donating area for people to sit in. Why do you want your customers waiting? Isn’t it healthier and more efficient to get donors in and out as quickly as possible? Hire some people.

Extremely slow, I waited in line to take the initial survey for an hour and the people ahead said they’ve been waiting for about an hour and 30 minutes or more. The staff is nice but in the first 30 I was waiting they were just chatting with a customer. 30 minutes one person screened. Outrageously slow

Everyone was very kind and helpful! I was nervous as this was my first time donating and was unsure about dealing with long wait times and neglectful staff, but there was no issue for that here at all! The screening and background was simple and quick; after being laid down in the back, I was set up almost immediately. Then it seemed like in no time at all I was done!
