The first time I went, I overhead an employee cussing right in front of the nurse office. While donating, the employees kept telling each other to shut up and then proceed to talk about all the money they spent taking shots and partying. Very young people here who are walking around, joking with each other.

BPL now known as KEDPlasma as of 6/ 19/23 only paid me $65 dollars for being a very first time donor. Grifols is offering $125 first time and $100 for lapsed donors. I told them that and they said they could not do that or match anything near that. The lady staff was very nice. I was not happy with being told by a male staff member to put my phone away for trying to active the debit card they provided while I was donating. I was not even talking on my phone to anyone, or was my phone making any noise, just punching in the numbers quietly and not bothering anyone whatsoever. I told him exactly what i was doing, just because he saw the phone next to my ear. I was told to do it after i got out of their center.

This is one of the worst places I have donated before if I could I would give it a zero, but that isn’t an option. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours to donate, there is no structure, the donors have no respect for rules or regulations. Upon arrival no greeting from staff members, the manager was in front when I was waiting to speak with a staff member, no response didn’t seem to care that I need to help. The mood from all staff members is a I don’t care attitude about anything.

Slow. Disorganized. The girls doing screen also have to handle the front desk, like they have the time. Management makes a habit of forgeting to unlock the front door at opening.The folk that stick in the back spend more time walking around than sticking, it’s not them its their methods. Long waits no place to sit. They need to improve in so many areas its hard to see where to start. Management pays little attention, most likely all they will do is respond with some half measure saying we take your experience seriously thank you for your feedback. This place needs a serious person as manager.

I like to the facility as far as the cleanliness, friends staff, and the newly updated plasma machines, etc. but the waiting 3 hours or more for return donors is awful. Recently you took away almost all of the waiting chairs so most people have no where to set while waiting so long. Why is that?
