First time donating. They gave me taquitos and a water bottle before anything else. The process was pretty fast before actually doing the donation. I was there from 5-7:30. They kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. Very sweet overall.

15-20 people in line and they only have one staff memeber doing vitals?? It takes 5 hours to donate which is crazy. The owner of bpl replies to these reviews as if they are going to do something about this but they havent. Seen somthing from months ago talking about the wait time and the owner replied acting like they will fix it but its the same thing happening to this day. The staff is nice but im considering donating somewhere eles simply for time saving purposes.

THE worst experience ever! Too bad you can’t give 0 stars. Inept, unprofessional, and rude staff members to begin with. They all act like they’re lost. Then you sit through at least a 4 hour screening process. After that you can get jabbed and prodded by phlebotomists who must be blind. So you’ll leave with your arms bruised black and blue only to find that they’re having “system problems” and you’ll have to wait 2-4 hours to have the money deposited to a debit card that nobody will take. AVOID AVOID AVOID! This is what my wife’s arm looked like almost a week later…

I have been coming to this plasma center for over a year. The people are nice, and it’s clean and tidy. The only issue is the process for physical. It was already a second issue where I needed a physical because they got the day wrong for me to come back. The computer did not end up receiving that I ever did one. Then they made me do the physical all over again which was 2 hrs total because they messed up the first time. Im a very patient person, but for it to happen more than once. Then if you do the physical process be they check your vitals after everything just for them to tell you that you didn’t have enough iron. (If I was there for 2 hrs yes my iron will be going down) I missed it by a point. They need to do the vitals before the process of the physical or they will make you come back and do the whole thing all over again.

If i have to say my self the service is greate the inly thing is the wait time have been coming here for two months now and their has not been once that i take less than three hours so if you jave time to spare and sont mind waiting dont really recomend it for the wait but mebers and staff are good to work with…..
