This place is absolutely slow as thunder I got done with my vitals check and had the time to have a near one hour phone conversation and STILL am waiting. When you see 3 techs devoting all their time to one person either they don’t know how to do their job or are very bad at sticking people. Either way. When there are less than ten people in front of you it shouldn’t take over an hour just to get a table. Completely unacceptable.

The wait to get on a bed is just ridiculous. After getting my vitals checked it takes them about an hour to get me on a bed. I’ve gone to other plasma center & it never takes this long. Please please do better & get people on a bed asap!.

After weeks of phone calls to get me to go back I finally went only to be deferred. I don’t know who that guy working in medical is (white guy with glasses and curly hair) but he is very unprofessional. He was flirting with the girls checking vitals then he told Donya she was useless. This place is trash and very slow.

This place is great they are very professional especially the people in the front but lately they have been taking way too long to get my plasma drawn. Im very understandable but the last 4 times its taken me 2 hours to get out of there. When last month it was super fast every time no more then 1hr and 30 mins sometimes even less. It seems like the phlebotomists are just hanging out and talking not all the time but yes Ive seen it. This is ridiculous because there are a lot of techs and a lot of beds if yall can’t speed it up then yall need to hire more people since you guys literally have reduced the prices so much that money is getting pocketed by kedplasma. The owner is banking for our plasma meanwhile we are getting paid much less and the phlebotomists also are under paid. We the donors not only need the money thats why most of us donate but we are putting a lot at risk as well it just seems like they target the poor and take advantage. They keep lowering the prices because they can and they know people need the money so they are gonna keep donating. Fix the whole timing situation. I will reevaluate this review in a few months and hopefully give yall a better rating.
