Not only are they extremely slow and constantly “understaffed” but the new management/ownership has completely ruined what was once a perfectly respectable business. They continue to lower payments, create longer wait times (many times resulting in payments that are less than minimum wage at the end of the day), etc. BPL wasn’t perfect, but it was much much better than this. I genuinely hope they’re bought out or shut down.

If you drive any distance at all you should definitely make sure to speak with the receptionist and find out if they’re going to be open or not I can’t find any reliable way of knowing what their real hours are and it’s very frustrating to show up 2 hours before closing and be locked out, this time I called at 3:00 p.m. on Friday to make sure before I drove there and either they’re not answering the phone or they’re closed early again I wish they would just answer and let you know if they’re open. Anyway when you catch them open the people are nice enough and do their job well.

Got there at 2:59 because my ride was late and was still inside In time and they told us they wouldn’t see us and their machine was down. They gave out free passes to everyone else but us so I spent my last $6 on a Uber up there just for them to tell me they couldn’t help me donate and then shove me out the door and give everyone else passes before me. Gotta love it

I’ve gone here for several months and it was ok. But I stopped going in May because it was taking HOURS to go through the line and do the donation(almost 3 hours). Now that ppl have to show id, social security, ect, all over again, it’ll take longer. And every time I go, there’s more new people. Everytime there’s a new person, they get to cut the line. I’m sure if I go now it’ll be more like 3.5-4 hours.

The staff here deserve 5 stars, they are very competent and professional but the Kedplasma corporation earn O stars ,they continue to take a larger amount of plasma from you while they cut your pay and bonuses all while increasing their profits. Friday I called MULTIPLE times throughout the day to get info about coming in for the first time. No one answered the whole day. Saturday I drive nearly two hours to donate just to find out that on this one and only particular Saturday they weren’t taking new donors without any explanation as to why. I would’ve known that if they’d answered the phone the day before! The place was messy anyway and there were a lot of “weird” people in there. I’ll never go back.

The first time I came in, I waited for about 30 minutes before I was (politely) told that I needed to come back the next day because they were short staffed. Not a big deal, though I wish I wouldn’t have wasted 30 minutes sitting there.

Drove by the past 3 days and it’s been closed all 3 days. No mention of it on their facebook page or website, no note on the door. Just a locked door and an empty parking lot. It would be nice if you’d let people know you are going to be closed. Your automated phone system says you are open for regular hours when you are not. Ridiculous.
