It is always a exciting experience at BPL. All of rhe workers are very friendly & always has a smile on their face. I never have to wait long in line. Every step of the process is 100% professional & safe. Plus who doesn’t appreciate some extra cash in their pocket.I am so glad to be a part of the entire process.

My granddaughter got a tat least October so BPL told her she had to wait which was fine, so we went to California to visit family, she started donating again and the employees didn’t make note of tat Said she was ban for not telling them. It’s your responsibility to keep notes on file not hers this is wrong what you done.
