Friendly Staff, Very Attentive, Who Care So much about the donors who give life saving donations, making sure they’re healthy, comfortable, and Safe. I love this group of hard working individuals! Step in, be part of this family. Save lives. Thank you guys.

They have nice faculty for the most part except that they don’t seem to like being corrected when they’re demonstrably incorrect about something.

This is this most disorganized worthless place I have ever tried to donate plasma. Not once but twice drive over an hour for them to be out of blood test vials. Waste of my time and money. They pay half of what others pay but due to districting the industry these clowns are all we got. Never been more disappointed in a “business” in my life.

I’ve tried (and failed) to donate three times now, and at this point I just won’t be coming back. The first two times I couldn’t donate were completely understandable (new tattoo, proof of address, respectively). This third time was entirely ridiculous, however. I spent two and a half hours being screened, was about to donate plasma, and then a woman comes to tell me that my sweatshirt smells, so I won’t be able to donate after all. What? My plasma isn’t good enough because my sweatshirt smells? “Please come back later, or tomorrow would be better.” Is what I was told. Excuse me? Maybe my sweatshirt smelled, I don’t know. But even if it did, why not ask me to just take it off? Why not tell me two and half hours earlier? Why get everything set up, have me read booklets, watch videos, answer medical questions, etc, just to have me leave anyway? I’m upset that they wasted so much of my time. I’ve learned my lesson, though, and will not bother coming back in the future.

I had to wait long bc I haven’t been there in 6 months or longer but thanks to Allie and laytoya my experience didn’t get me upset or mad. They were extremely respectful and kind to me. If it wasn’t for them I wud be extremely mad and upset but with the amount of respect and kindness they gave me I didn’t mind waiting. I have had bad experiences before with hateful employees but they mad it a great experience!

Friendly and experienced staff who already know how to get me in and out better than I could’ve guessed. They somehow all seem to remember me and chat while I’m stuck. Plus, when it comes down to it, they know how stick you better than most nurses.

I’ve been going for over a year now. The workers there are friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to their jobs. If you want some extra money while also helping people, I’d say go here.
