A question for management, when are they going to change the name of this location GHETTO PLASMA? The girls in the front desk talk more than the ones in the rear. there are a few exceptions for some of the employees, but most of them are not at all professional, they will have you waiting in line while they chat among each other and text on their cell phone. No respect at all for the customer. This is one of the first business where they talk more than they work. I suggest that management have a meeting and remember all employees that they are at work and that’s what’s expected.

Thanks to Debra & Indira I had a great experience. The staff is wonderful, very professional, very educational, kind and patient. It really feels like they are one big family. The whole process was probably like 3 hours as a very new donor but they all made the time worthwhile by educating me on the process and being very honest and open about questions. I definitely recommend this plasma center from others because the folks here are qctually NICE and well mannered.

Me. Debra was an angel I was having a bad day and she lightned my mood. Very positive sweet and gentle there should be more people like her in this universe even though I was upset about getting 60 instead of 75dollars I can honestly say that even if i made a blank trip . Ms Debra is positive and always speaks weather walking in or out. She’s nice and wonderful fast and seems to make the other staff more friendly. Lorelle has probably sticked me once every week I’m there, she’s kind and sweet you can’t even tell she’s tired she’s always up for help from what I’ve seen and really befriends everyone she’s around weather the patient or a coworker, unlike some of the other staff that doesn’t like eachother.

Well the good reviews has ended, obviously most of them must have came from the employees. This company just got bought out. The same talkative employees are still there. They talk more than work. If you ever been there before you will notice. Since the change they have the nerve to pay less for each donation. Sorry BPL or KEDPLASMA. I refuse to participate in your three hour waiting room for less pay. Seems like they are not aware of the competition

Ok. So, this spot I have been happy with as far as people and service, up until the payment for August twelfth didn’t go on my card. It was past hrs on 8/12/2023 5pm when I noticed the 70.00 had not been put on the card. I called the card services, they did not see the 70 transaction on their records, and to contact them on the next business day, which was today August 14. No big deal, as this is my next donation day I will talk to them then. So I do. They first look for the transaction Tarkington my card info. The employee agreed the transaction did not happen according to card records. A manager comes to speak with me after the employee printed off the card records, and brings this donation locations record of the transaction being completed through their system. I now have both card, and business recorded copies. They tell me to call card services again , as it must me an error on their side. I am also told to check for received funds from todays, 8/14/2023 donation before I leave. So, I do this. And I wait a half hr after donating to check again, and the same thing. -0- money transaction. So now that’s 130 dollars as today would have been 60. So 70 from august 12th, and. Now 60 from today august 14. I go in to speak with someone about the situation that they are aware of, and because they are closing I am ignored . After they told me to verify funds before I leave, I’m ignored. I’m glad I don’t depend on this money as it is extra funds, and beneficial all the way around in multiple ways donating.
